What You’ll Be Doing Leading and supervising the maintenance team to support production equipment and facility operations Ensuring compliance with all Safety, Quality, and Environmental systems Providing technical leadership for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and CNC‑based systems Supporting the assembly, debugging, installation, and start‑up of new or modified production equipment Ensuring effective preventive and predictive maintenance systems are in place Managing departmental purchasing, spare parts, and inventory control Maintaining an organized, safe, and well‑equipped maintenance department Collaborating with

Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Project teams Supporting year‑over‑year improvements in operational efficiency, downtime reduction, and manufacturing costs Leading continuous improvement projects that deliver measurable cost savings Ensuring consistent production support to maintain uninterrupted operations Performing additional duties as assigned What We’re Looking For Red Seal Certification as an Electrician or Millwright Certificate of Qualification in Electrical or Millwright trade (or equivalent industrial experience) Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in maintenance within a high‑volume manufacturing environment
