The successful candidate(s) will have the opportunity to conceive, design and implement a variety of complex automation projects including the programming of: - PLCs, - HMI, - motion controllers, - computer numeric controllers (CNC), - robotic systems. The successful candidate(s) will support CSIC activities in the acquisition of new customers and maintain a positive relationship with existing customers. The candidate must observe all safety rules and guide/train junior systems specialists. Travel within the US may be required.

Additional duties as follows: - Management of turnkey projects as assigned - Responsible for all aspects of an automation controls project from initial planning, design and development, implementation, testing, commissioning to documentation - Work effectively with other team members, vendors and subcontractors - Work with clients to define and develop project scope of work and maintain ongoing communication - Meet project objectives in a timely manner - Ability to attend field s

ervice and emergency calls Qualifications: - A four year degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent - Previous experience with CNC, PLC, Visual Basic, and the ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings are assets - Previous experience with Siemens applications is an asset - Project management e

xperience is an asset - Excellent English: Both oral and written communication skills - Strong analytical and mathematical skills
