Proof of Concept activities for complex technical challengesCollaborating with engineering and project management teams to design and deliver automated assembly solutionsCreating and maintaining electrical documentation for new and existing equipmentParticipating in continuous improvement initiatives related to automation and controlsTraveling to Johnson Electric manufacturing facilities as required to support project executionPerforming other related duties as requiredWhat We’re Looking ForPost‑secondary education in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Design, Mechatronics, Industrial, or Electromechanical disciplinesStrong experience in
industrial automation to "hit the ground running."Minimum 4+ years of extensive experience designing industrial electrical control systems using EPLAN or equivalent schematic software, with the capability to adopt EPLAN rapidly and apply it effectively in live production projects.Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety compliance, and standards for industrial automation and robotic systemsAbility to create, read, and interpret electrical schematics and control system designsExpertise with PLC and HMI systemsExperience commissioning machines, including:I/O checkoutEthernet/IP device configurationMachine safety setup and
